Default Many hours of labor
replaced the whole subrail and subrail extensions, was mostly rotted and covered by pieces of sheet metal, wheel boards were also homemade sheet metal and replaced, so many wrong and different nuts and bolts replaced by all stainless steel. The extension subrails had dirt under them from I wonder how many years ago.

true, but this treasure is gonna empty my treasure, but its worth it to do it right, it is a fun challenge.

rear fender panels were made and welded to cover up rot, look carefully at subrail where you can see sheet metal made that was welded on to old rotted subrail

Isn't it "fun" to spend all that effort to undo someone else's crappy "restoration". But you will have the satisfaction of making it right. Good job!
