Default ID oil or trans cover plate?

Need some help with ID on this vintage oil or transmission cover plate....At least thats what i think it is. Looks to be about 7" wide and about 15" long. Model A Model T ??

That is a cover for the crankcase. The cover goes on a "3-dip" crankcase or pan and is removable so the rods can be adjusted as necessary. I hope this helps, Russ Furstnow
