Default Old car festival at the Henry Ford

Looking at going to the Henry Ford next month, old car festival. Any suggestions on where to stay/places to eat? Would also like to tour the rouge plant, thanks in advance.

Just attended the Early Ford V8 Grand National in Dearborn. The excellent meet was hosted at the Double Tree just 4 miles from the Henry Ford. Very convenient our group rate was $139. The Ford Garage Restaurant and Buddy's Pizza were good and close to the hotel. Check ahead for tours to the plant before you go...will save time. Enjoy!

X2 on the Double Tree. It's a nice hotel and could not be any more convenient to ANYTHING Ford Motor Co related. Your are just one exit down the Southfield Expway from Greenfield Village, The Henry Ford etc etc. Super close, super easy

Two things to remember ---1) they dont take reservations and 2) EVERYBODY wants to be there, so plan accordingly.
In other words -- get there before the rush, or you will be eating dinner around 8 pm
But --- well worth it. Make sure to take time to look around and don't forget to check out the restroom.

You are correct --- there is nothing wrong with being at the bar ---
You will have this Model A Fordor to look up at.
And the burgers are special.
