Our Club, "The Sierra Chapter of MAFCA" has also lost SO many folks, with marvelous Model A skills.

I have not posted here in a long time but I had the honor of spending 6 years going to work with Ron in his shop every Monday just after he sold the parts business. Things were always done his way but he always had time for me or anyone else who wanted to learn about the Model A. I pray that those who had a chance to learn from him pass along his knowledge for many years to come.

This is very sad. Missed his first Hershey last year. MARC has continued the chili fest that he originally started.

Over the years, I purchased parts from Ron and interacted with him on the "chat". He was always such a pleasant helpful person who will certainly will be missed by the model A community. My sympathy to all of his family and friends - may he rest in peace.

May Ron rest in peace. Although I never met him, I felt that I knew him just from our forum. He must have been quite a gentleman.
