39 big truck motor mount removal

First post. Doing frame off on a 39 big truck flathead 8 how do I disassemble the motor mount? Does it thread together from either side of the frame?

Big bolt from the bottom up thru the water pumps with a cotter pin and nut on top is all it should be. welcome to the barn, lets see the truck !

It's just so congealed together that I couldn't tell if that's how it came apart. So I just have to pound the old bolt down through the bushing?

yes pound down to get out. the rubber grows and it all gets stuck. pictures of your 39?? just have been working on a 39 and 41 and just purchased a 47 1 1/2 ton trucks.
