Question max overbore for a '39-'42 flathead

Does anyone know if a '39-'42 flathead can be bored to 3 3/16? I have a '41 block that was previously bored .060 and I don't want to sleeve all 8. Is it salvageable?

Barnman, are you asking about an unsleeved, 221, 3-1/16 block with .060 oversize pistons/bore?
