Default Stubborn Tight 2-Piece Valve Guide Won't Come Out

I purchased a valve guide removal tool and it worked great, for the first seven guides. The eighth guide is a problem. Of course.

To be fair, I've been deliberately easy-going with the hammer. The first guides came out fairly easy, but in this last one, the guides and the block have become 'one'.

I've used Kroil and PB Blaster for days before starting the job.
(Please, no "Miracle-Cure-Penetrating-Oil" solutions...I don't think that's the answer here)

Has anyone really whacked it hard with a hammer? Jeez, I hate doing that.
Any other ideas?
