Default '52-4 Accessory steering wheel

I recently purchased this wheel, but I need to replace the internal foam cushion that supports the horn ring as the current pad is soft and gooey. This is not at all the same as the the common pad with three notches that is used on many of the earlier horn buttons. Can anybody recommend a source for a suitable foam that I might use make a new pad from?
