This a complete Meteor grill. It needs replating. This is the popular grill that fits in the '49 - 51 Mercury grill opening and can be adapted to many other cars. I had this as a spare for the custom Chevy I owned known as the Larry Ernst clone.
Pretty rare item today even in Canada.
