Still on the hunt. I have used the testing apparatus! There is a separate hold down base, and there is the various tools. I intend to use these to restore the original shocks.

Still looking for the arm and the test weight, there three pieces that make up the arm:
The weight, the arm, and the connecting segment that attaches to the arm and to the shock shaft.

The arm, assembled, is what I am looking for.
It is in the middle of the service parts display with the weight
on the right end, and the attachment piece on the left end
that attachs to the shaft of the shock.
It is approximately 27 inches in overall length.
