Default 1946-1948 Ford / Mercury convertible help

Need help with my 47 mercury, just had my seats re-upholstered and am ready to Install, but see that there is a “riser” that the seat sits on, it must be clearance for the power too pump and electronics. Does anyone know where to get one or the measurements so I can make one? Also, it looks like it’s attached by two brackets in the floor and two curved endcaps, does anyone have pictures of the setup?

the riser is a piece of wood cut to follow the profile of the floor, and bolts to the cast iron / steel b pillar brackets on either side.
the seat fits down over this assemblige and some adjustment is available to maintain door fit.. the covers are called cylinder covers and as such simply cover the lower ends of the top cyls..

I definintely have a pattern or could make you the wood panel / riser
I may have the covers you need as well.

pm if you would like to discuss.
