Took a 65 mile "boondocks" tour with the club today. 90% on back country roads. Too much fun.

My Club had 9 cars downtown where they had a market from 9-12. Hundreds of people viewed our Model A's. They asked many questions about the Model A and Henry Ford. I think the objective was achieved. Our A's were very visible for International Model A Day.

Got my radiator soldered back up and placed back into my Phaeton, drove down the driveway to the road.

Probably will drive around the block, since there is still plenty of daylight left, and 70 degrees at 7:00 pm.

I had my 29 Special Coupe out twice today. Went to breakfast at the church and took my wife to lunch in the A.

I went to a car show yesterday and there were four stockers there. Mine, the VP of my club and a newbie. He just got a early 30 Murry TS and had lots of questions. So we got to talking him asking and me answering. He is probably going to join our club as well.

Here are a couple of pics that I took. Of course by the time I got home I realized I did not take any of my car, the VP's or his. But I got some other FORD iron.

Some more pictures from the drive from Everett up to Anacortes... The 130 miles was far and away the longest drive I've made in mine compared to my previous record of 25 round trip miles. No difficulties en route, but after shutting down in the garage at home the packing nut sprung a serious drip.

Also two time lapse videos my girlfriend took on the trip... some wicked fun travelling in a pack of As!

Somewhere between Everett & Anacortes

Traffic leaving Anacortes

IMAFD was celebrated on Long Island, NY during the annual New England Meet Tour with clubs from the New England and Middle Atlantic States participating with about 160 cars at the tour site. Here is a selection of the 100 some odd photos I took that day.

Bruce, Thanks for what you have done for the hobby. Most of us remember that before you stepped forward to lead the IMAFD effort you covered Hershey with your camera and shared the pictures with all.

Here's some of the Alaska turnouts. There are a couple you will recognize as "honorary Model A's, but we were glad to have the company. Since we are all so spread out, there were several opportunities to show on Model A Day, some in a group, some solo.
