If that happens, off comes the Chicago Motor Club.

Got it off eBay, it's a Chicago frame from those times, an earlier thread gave some excellent antique examples.

Picked up this rad badge years and years ago, about 30+, don't remember what I gave for it, if anything.
Had no idea what is was, just thought it was cool, so it sat in my garage for decades, found out what it was maybe four months ago, been looking for it ever since.
We moved out of the city about six years ago and it has to be in one of the boxes I have yet to open.
I'll keep looking and put it on when I find it.
I know I seen it when we moved.

Sarah's newest jewelry looks Great , but I hope Illinois doesn't come back for back taxes. Looks like she is licensed for 35 hp or below .?

The under 35 H.P are the more common ones.

The over 35 H.P are rare.

The duplicates are rarer.

So are the trucks.

From the frame to the plate to the tax round...I can't get over how beautiful it is, you really know how to set the bar high.

That really is beautiful.

BTW, the bar is still at the same height. It just looks higher with bling on it.

That does look nice! Spent a rainy day a few weeks back restoring an old rusty plate I got for a few bucks at a local antique mall. Not sure how close the color is to original but it was good practice.
