Default 94 Carb

I purchased a rebuild kit from Daytona parts for the carb on my 48 passenger car. In the kit was a spark control valve, looks like a power valve. What carb would use this and what is the purpose. Thanks,

Rick

The later Holley 2100's and 2110's (used in '55-'56 Ford's, for one). If you have a "59" series 94 on your car, you don't need the spark valve.

Yes, the new kits now mainly cover all years of the 94 type carb. They used the spark valve for the Loadomatic distributors starting in '54 with the introduction of the Y-Block V8 and through 1956 272's,
