Original??? rear trunk rack

This came with an original car. I am not sure if it is an original luggage rack. I have a repop one and this is far nicer. The edges are square instead of rounded like the repop. Some of the carriage bolts have been replaced with newer ones. Perhaps if you know what this is you can enlighten me. I am asking $100.00 but will certainly entertain offers.

I'm no expert. But I believe the original racks used wood grain "painted"
strips and not actual wood strips. Also, some years ago an American company out of Oklahoma was reproducing these racks. And I bet they were a better quality then what you can find now being made in that communist country called China.

I hate to break it to you, but the rack is a reproduction. the originals had steel slats painted wood grain, and the shape of the corners are rounded off . I with it was an original because I`m looking for one that can have replated.
