39’ Deluxe questions.

I was able to barrow a wheel adapter my friend made 30 + years ago.
39’ front rims , tubes , bias , no weights. Local shop friend had me watching him balance. Both where out, had to add a little weight on front and back.
Got home and I painted the weight black to match rim.
