Default Windshield Wiper Conversion

My 1930 Coupe did not have a windshield wiper motor when I got it. I recently bought a restored vacuum wiper motor, which the Judging Standards say my car should have. The holes in my windshield frame do not match the mounting holes on the motor. Not having dimensions for either type, I'm guessing that my car was built with an electric wiper.

Page 370 of the Ford Service Bulletins discusses conversion from an electric wiper to a vacuum one. It says that a kit was available for the conversion, and mentions a "cleaner holding plate" that has a threaded hole for a 1/4 inch machine screw. I'm guessing that the plate is a mounting adapter that came in the Kit, but I don't understand why the bulletin implies only one hole in it,

Does anyone know about this plate or have a car with it? Has anyone done this conversion? I would appreciate any information on it, especially dimensions of the plate. Thanks, Mike

Why not replace it with the electric wiper that it was born with? My '29 Briggs has one and it works all the time unlike a vacuum motor where when you mash the accelerator it robs vacuum.
