I usually don't post on people's adds about price, but there is a really nice 32 project vicky on Ebay for 24,000. 30,000 may be a little inflated in today's market. You will have a better chance of selling it, if you need to sell. If not then ask whatever you want.

Pictures can be deceiving. Ask if it has been in a fire?
