He mentioned how supportive you were.

Good deal!! Thanks!!! I was on FaceTime with him for about an hour going thru some things and we had covered that but he was unsure what to do there.

I would like for you to drive that car sometime to see how it performs in your terrain. It is a 5.5 Snyder head that is milled .060. It has a Stipe IB330 cam, oversized intake valves, (don't remember bore size) Burlington crank on inserts. In the back it has a 3.27 gear ratio.

WoW!
Well, when we started it we knew immediately from the sound it was not stock. Miles test drove it with the owner and came back and said it went like hell. Said he could get to 30 in second without any effort. I did not drive it. But, I will now!!! That is prolly the best build an A owner can get.

Keath wants to do some touring but with work and all is not quite ready.

Our terrain here is pretty flat but with tours we do get into hills and all. I am sure it will do fine!

Again, really nice car!

BTW what did you use for pistons/rings? Traditional long skirt or modern style

It has the Snyders/Silvolite pistons in it. I will look up and see the bore size. I have a little warranty work I need you to do on it later if you don't mind (paid of course!). The rear window glass somehow got scratched and it needs to be replaced. Also, apparently a carpet snap ring backer wire has come off and it needs to be replaced.

Hmm, my PM is turned on not sure why I didn't get it. I'll PM you my mail.
Miles is not back from autocross and he has Keath's number. But we will get ahold of him and see what's up....

OK, fixed my PM but email me anyway
