Genuine Ford Jacks
I added a unit on my website for Genuine Ford Jacks. I just semi-finished the section on Model A cars. It is close to being wrapped up, but I still consider it a prototype. The main goal is to be able to quickly identify a jack at a swap meet. Click on the link below each picture and it will show more detail on the selected Jack. I am looking for positive and negative feedback, do not hesitate on giving your opinion. I still need to do several proofs. So please, if something's wrong let me know.
http://modelabasics.com/jack_web/index.html If you're not familiar with my work and my website, I am a school teacher and I try to create things to share. Each page is divided into quarters. If you right click on an image you should be able to download it and place it in a PowerPoint for use at a Model A club tech meeting. Thanks in advance, Paul Modlin

Re: Genuine Ford Jacks
That is a great page just from a quick glance.

Re: Genuine Ford Jacks
Very nice Paul. From my experience, the early 28 flip top jack is fairly easy to find, but the next version, late 28 through 29 is scarce for some reason. Been looking for a good late 28 - 29 ratchet jack.

Re: Genuine Ford Jacks
I have two different jacks you have listed on your page.
Which I might add is "GREAT", very good work and a big thank you. Now I know more about them, which really means I now know "something" about them, since I knew nothing before. Just looked on E-bay and prices range from under $10 to over $180...not counting shipping of course, which seems to be well over $10. With the way prices swing up/down including suggested prices on jacks would be a waste. Maybe a rarity index / rating would be helpful Love the page
