Default Flathead head bolts

May be a dumb question but will original head bolts from a 48' Ford truck the same as 49' Mercury? I found some on eBay and want to put the original heads on. Thanks David

up to 48 ford and merc engines had head studs , not bolts, car and truck engines were the same,, call mac van pelts 1 800 299 7496, hes the flat head xpert and he has the parts you need

48 trucks were 8ba they had bolts. 49 merc would also be an 8ba bolts same.
