This is a reproduction of the ID tag that's usually missing from the front of the ITAL flathead blower. Its an exact copy of a perfect original tag. There's a very limited number available.
I have rebuilt many Itals and SCOT blowers and continue to rebuild them. The Itals are always missing this tag I'm not sure why. The tag is mounted on the front housing in the location of the raised pad you will usually find two pin holes on this front pad that's where this tag should be located.
