when you post a question and your name and profile appear, how do you put a picture next to your name? I didn't do it when I joined and would like to now.

Bob, while you are logged in, click on User CP in the black toolbar on top. From there, you can edit your whole profile and avatar.

It took me a while to get this figured out a few years back because I had no Idea what an 'avatar' was.
