Default wagon 1/4 window support

Ok, so I got the pass side 1/4 window in but there is just a very slight gap between the trim and the gasket. Was there something that is supposed to be there to add pressure to the window to help seal it? I didn't pull anything out but that doesn't mean something wasn't there originally. Can I install something just to add a bit of pressure to make sure it is sealed up?

Thanks,

Mike

Mike when I did the windows on my 57 wagon the inside garnish didn't pull up tight. After a couple of tries I found that a sharp blow with the heal of your hand will let it snap into place and pull up tight. Not sure if it is the same for your case butit is worth a try.
