Default 4 door Briggs windows

A friend of mine has a 1930 Model A Briggs 4 door. He asked me about removing the windows (not the windshield). He has no computer and I do not know anything about the Briggs Body. I was not able to find any info in my books or on the internet. Can anyone advise?
Thanks

Remove the frames and loosen the channels so when winding the window up it will tilt in. At full up the track can be lifted away from the arm. reverse on installation. The quarter window will be obvious once the frames are off.

Hmmm, I thought you had to take the top piece of metal off and the window came straight out the top. Thanks J for setting me straight.

On my 1930 Coupe it is necessary to remove the top piece from the doors to remove the glass. The 1930 Briggs 4 dr (Town Sedan) does not have this. I believe my 1929 Briggs 4 dr (Blindback) does not either.

The Briggs Ford is not like that. It is like J Franklin said.

I had to remove the door panel and the regulator/door latch also to get my front driver's side window out.

I finally found the picture I was looking for. I had to remove the steel cross brace (along with the door latch and window regulator) to remove the window in my '30 Briggs Town Sedan.

yours looks just like mine but on my car I just had to roll up the window until the glass channel and regulator arm on the bottom passed the window opening. maybe loosening and guiding things by hand would ease things.
