Default 1937 Ford truck 95 hp ?

I have an advertising brochure dated July 12 1937. It quotes 85 horsepower engines in the 15cwt, 20cwt, 30cwt light commercial units, and 95 horsepower in the new 40-60 cwt heavy duty trucks. Can anyone tell me what difference there was in these engines from the 85 hp. I didn't think the 95 hp engines came out until 1939. Thanks for any info.
