Last communication I had from Michael a few weeks ago is they are short handed and its difficult to answer the phone.I was having trouble reaching him so the best way is via email. He will respond. The Ford Store in CA is in the same situation.

rockfla is correct. I just corresponded with Michael and he is sending me, today, some much needed bolts and washers that I have needed for a while. Michael is, as my Daddy used to say, "as busy as a one legged man at a butt kicking contest". He will come through with flying colors.

"Patients" is the key word? Really?
Methinks "patience" may well be better suited.

I spoke with Michael on the phone today. They are just back from a family vacation. I emailed my order. Good things come to those who wait. Small business, big heart. Worth the wait.

Deuce Lover - Early Ford Store was very busy this morning. Place is packed with merch. Add to that the 'car show' that jams the open area of the store so that it is a hassle just to move around. Still a treat to visit that place.

We are still open. Phone calls are difficult as we are VERY short handed. Unfortunately much needed family vacations or car events force us to shut down. We went from 7 employees to just me and my wife and one part timer. 844-327-5988 Mon-thurs 9am-3pm. I am at the shop till 11Pm but need the additional time away off the phone to catch up. Email is almost best [email][email protected] Sorry for anyone having issues getting in touch!

Anyone with mechanical sense and part number knowledge on old fords in TN, please come and work here!

Let me add its been very hard to source parts for most classic cars this summer, but good business like 3rd gen need our support and understanding in these crazy times. They have done a awesome job in the past and will continue to do so just with some delay
