40 glove box lock
I don’t have a key that fits the glove box in my’40. I removed the lock and took it to a locksmith who advised he could make a key to fit the lock, but could not key the lock to one of the existing keys. I would like to be able to do this, because the car already has 3 keys- one for the ignition, one for trunk, and one for door. Can this lock be keyed to one of the 3 existing keys? Thanks, Sid

Re: 40 glove box lock
Should only need two keys for those four locks, door and ignition would be one key and trunk and glovebox should be the other.
