Default Books on big trucks any recommendations?

Can anyone list some titles of books on big Ford trucks, it's too cold here to work outside, so I thought I could do some reading.

The Bible of old ford trucks has to be 'Ford Trucks Since 1905' by James Wagner. I completely wore out my first copy and my second one is getting pretty dog eared. You won't regret buying it, but not sure if it is currently in print.

James Wagner is currently the heavy commercial advisor for the Early Ford V-8 Club. Contact him via e-mail and see if the book is still in print or if he has copies.

The Canadian shop manual listed as V-222 at C&G has lots of truck info. About $60, and full of data on about all Ford vehicles made during those years.
