Default early 28 curtain pan

Hi all,

Ive searched and searched, but cant find the answer that Im sure Ive seen on here before, anyway

Its my understanding that early 28 roadsters did not have the curtain pan that the later ones did, but my question is, what did they have? Was it the same as the RPU pan? OR was it totally different?

Thanks

Beech

oh lord, I have no idea, no date on my tank, lets go with "late early." Im just trying to stick with earlier parts when I have an option. I just have a general soft spot for any early production car, and their idiosyncrasies.

thanks, Beech

well we need to know the date of your car to give you accurate information. The curtain pan drawing were issued in late Feb 29 actually and put into effect if my memory serves me around late March early April with the new curtain pan. I have the drawing at home to give you more precise information if that helps.
