Bill, just wondering if you know that Bob Drake sells a reproduction '39 brake/clutch pedal assembly? You might want to check those out.

The clutch pedal is what makes the 39 set unique. Just get a 40-48 set. Much cheaper.

If it does wind up that you can use a '40 brake/clutch assembly, I have a nice one listed in a 4 sale ad here.

I have a good setup from my 39 deluxe that someone has cut the clutch pedal off of. They left enough to act as a spacer for the brake pedal. The bushings are still tight and will make a nice piece if you don't need the clutch. $75.00 plus the freight from 32754. If you don't like it when you get it I will take it back and refund your money less freight
