Are A400 & Vicky quarter window regulators the same?

NO, they are not even close, the Victoria uses about the same as the ones in a slant window 4 door rear doors single arm. the A400 is a two arm regulator and they are pretty hard to come by. you might check with Bill Underwood He may have some.

the two regulators are not even similar
the first pictures with the two arms is an A400
the one arm regulator is the Victoria
