Hagerty is my company. They understand what we are collecting/driving. Problem with the companies on main street is they will sell you a policy then if you have a claim it will be a fight as they don't understand what our antique/collector cars are.

Hagerty for me. They have an emergency road service included in the policy so I dropped my AAA policy. Saving lots of $ that now I can waste on the car itself.

Regardless of which company you select (I use Hagerty), be sure to get coverage based on "agreed value", or the payout for serious or total damage, such as fire, could be a lot less than your investment. Be reasonable about the number, or it may require a professional valuation. Good photos and/or restoration receipts will help, as well.
