I know all of these engine swaps are different of course. My engine must sit back a little further than yours. I have a 2" spacer between from the pulley and the crank mounted fan and the fan is 1" from the rad. Rad is approx 20"x 20" and is mounted in front of the air deflector and is 3" from the grill support bracket. No shroud. Just info that may or may not help.
