How dark is the Benton Gray. Mine sure looks black but faded/dull. Is the color or mine actually Benton gray?

The mats in the front and rumble seat area both look black and both look very original as the rest of the car. How dark is benton gray? If it is real dark, maybe to color of mine has morphed to look different.

Medium, not dark. The color shown in post #6 on page 1 of this thread is accurate as all of the mats in that '37 cabriolet are original.
