Hi a few days ago I posted about a viton tipped float needle for the Marvel Carb.
I have installed them in my Marvel carbs and they work great.
Pryor to running Marvel carbs I used Tillotson carbs.
The viton tipped float needle looks to be the same size as used on Tilloston carbs.
However I didn't try it in my Tillotson carbs.

Sooo, if you want to try it, you can order the viton tipped float needle and seat from Steiner Tractor Parts, part no ABC133. Price is $6.15. You won't be able to use the seat, but try the needle.
Steiner Tractor Parts phone is 800-234-3280, website is steinertractor.com
Good Luck.
