1953 Ford polarity
I'm new to the late flathead models. The battery was out of the car when I got to it. Is a 53 positive or negative ground? Thank you

Re: 1953 Ford polarity
Thanks I thought it was, but I wanted to be sure. I have a T and they are negative ground, I know A's are positive ground. When did they go to Negative ground?

Re: 1953 Ford polarity
When they switched to 12 volt batteries. Have you looked at the 1953 Ford wiring diagram?
