Default Fan shroud

Guten Abend A-Freunde.

My A originally had a fan shroud. Because of the originality I would like to install it again. Unfortunately, the reproductions are made of plastic (https://www.snydersantiqueauto.com/p...d=979133&cat=0), which I don't want to expect from my vintage car and which I also dislike.

So I'm considering making this part myself out of sheet metal. Does anyone have a technical drawing with dimensions of them?

I think you will have a hard time making a decent looking shroud unless you are a professional sheetmetal shaper. I have had several shrouds and they have some unique bends, shapes and mounting clips that are hard to replicate. If I were you I would keep an eye out for an original. They come up on Fordbarn and eBay now and them.

Bert's in Denver would be your best bet for new or used. Have no idea what the shipping cost would be but they are the BEST!

Thumbs up Re: Fan shroud

I'd be interested in seeing drawings as well.
