Staple length?

Getting ready to redo my interior, I have a pneumatic stapler and familiar with convertible tops and modern interior repair/replacements, what length staples is everyone using? (My gun uses T50’s)

You need to be more specific. Where do you intend to us the staples?

In my upholstery shop, we use everything from ³⁄₁₆ all the up to ¾. The ³⁄₁₆ is used if we are tacking on the backside of a door panel installing a door pocket backing or maybe holding material until the glue dries. A ¾ might be used on an open car top going thru multiple layers of top material. When we are stapling thru the headliner listing, we typically use ½ because we staple thru a cardboard tack strip. On cloth seats, we typically use tacks instead of staples because they hold better. If you are going to purchase a staple gun, look at the long nose gun as they are much friendlier to use in upholstery applications.

I've never used a pneumatic stapler, always just tacks. Always wished I had a pneumatic stapler, though. As with tacks, use the longest staples you can that will sink in flush with whatever material/welting, interior panes, etc. you are stapling.

Marine grade T50's are stainless steel,better for exterior applications.Check your gun on a body block,make sure it will set the staple if you go longer.
