Some states will not allow restored plates?? They want to see before restoration. Most restore after DMV sees them and ok's them. Dont know about TX.?? ken ct.Whats the story down there.?

They will except in good to restored condition. However they are as I understand disallowing year of model after Sept. 1. My 32 panel cut to look like a pickup will not be driveable in the near future so I was going just to sell the plates.
