Default 32 pickup commercial pedal plates

Trying to wrap my head around how these plates fit together. I have an original top plate but no bottom or insulation piece. I have figured out where the top one goes and have pics of the bottom so in the process of making a reasonable facsimile. Searched the barn and could only find pics of a passenger application. Looks like a simple piece of flat material and wondering if anyone has dimensions as well as a pic of it installed ? Is it nailed to the bottom of the floor board ?
As always, thanks to all that contribute.

Below are three drawings from the Early Ford V8 Club's "The 1932 Ford Book...." of the late commercial/truck pedal plates and foam rubber insulator that goes in between the two plates.

The holes in the upper right and lower left corners of the plates line up with one another and to the holes in the firewall with clinch nuts for their attachment. The lower plate is also nailed to the #1 wood floorboard via the three 3/32" along the bottom edge to facilitate installation of the floorboard with the lower pedal plate attached.

The early version of the plates and insulator differ only to the extent that the opening for the brake pedal lines up with the opening for the clutch pedal and not below it as in the drawings. Also, there was no hole in the early plates and insulator for the foot-operated starter switch push rod.
