Default Paint removal

I need some advice on how to prep my 1932 Ford interior sun visors for new paint. They are flaking and I don't know how to remove the original paint with out damaging the fiber board. Any suggestions or are they available as new? Thanks. John

Remember there are early (one hinge in center) and late (attaches on both ends). Also I believe 3 window is unique.

Yes they are, or used to be, available as new.

Thanks Charlie. They are the early hinge in the middle for a 2 door sedan. I will keep checking for new but would rather redo the originals. They are nice other than the checking/flaking original paint.
