Default Glamor Shot

I sell a few of my condensers on eBay. Here are some pictures that one of those buyers sent me. It's a Harmon-Collins single coil distributor on which he did a magnificent job of restoring. I'm thinking of adding a polishing option (or maybe not).

In the design world you have 'form', cosmetic design and 'function' which is mechanical design. So naturally do you want it to look good or work good. Most of us like both, just what do you do first, make it work or make it pretty. I like the way your condenser works, it looks good natural finish.

Uh, OK. I just thought some of the folks here would like to see what this guy had done. I personally think his restoration is top shelf.

In the final analysis, I have to agree with you, as I never considered polishing them. I also believe that you would agree that his final result is quite impressive.

Denny, It's beautiful presentation and makes the most of the vintage NON-BILLET cast design....the polished condenser is a must. I wonder how the tag survived.

Agreed. tubman's got to get with the program. Offer clear-coated polished ones too. 8^)
