Yes it is Amelia. If you click on the Ford advertising poster in my photo in the first post, Ford used this event to advertise the convertible sedan( as all manufacturers do!)

HERE'S MY 35 Conv Sedan on loan to the Early Ford V-8 Foundation Museum. I added the lettering to increase the interest level. It was not the original Pace car and is probably the wrong color (no known documentation found), but it has created a lot of interest!!!

In the photo of the pace car with the four men, the guy behind the driver is WWI ace, Eddie Rickenbacker.
