Default Pedal Return Springs

A few years ago, I picked up a pair of '32 pedal return springs from Roy Nacewitz. I just dug them out and find that one is longer than the other. Can anyone tell me which is for the brakes and which is for the clutch? Thanks!

OOPS! Found it on another post.

I have a terrible time trying to use the search function here.

(3-1/4" is for the brake pedal, 4" for the clutch.)
