For people who don't know it, Bruce passed away in November. Rest in Peace to them both.

Sorry to hear about her death, but being in a rest home with Alzheimer's doesn't bring much quality of life to most folks her age. She and Bruce get to hang out and enjoy each others company once again - without having to deal with the challenges of bodies that no longer want to work. RIP Mom and Bruce!

I never met Bruce's Mom but I did get to hang out with Bruce and Alice and Barbara and Spork. I hope she went easy.

I sent my regards for Bruce's passing last October 31st in post #4 of the following thread! I still say a little prayer for Bruce every time I see his name mentioned. Heck, I'm even gonna say a little prayer for you, Tink! DD

Time has a way of making people forget things in life. I to responded to that thread Coop. Miss his knowledge. Sounds like his mom had a good life to make it to 97. But Alzheimer's sure don't play fair. God bless her and all the elderly in nursing homes.
