How about a Ford Barn calendar?
With all of the recent photos Old Henry and others have posted, how about a calendar of fordbarn members cars? If one could be made I would purchase some. I would rather have a calendar of early fords of all years (model T, A, Early V8 and Late V8) than any other.

Shelly, from the old Fordbarn used to put one out every year. It must have been profitable, because she kept doing it. MIKE |

Re: How about a Ford Barn calendar?
Hi Seth, I've got extras of most, if not all, the calendars that Shelly made on the old FordBarn, let me know if you'd like one of each. Vic

Re: How about a Ford Barn calendar?
Seth, et al: Shelly would spend hours cropping and sorting so that she could "show" each member's car (those that sent pictures, that is). If she made money, that was all well and good - the point was to have a calendar that everyone could look at and enjoy. I have several calendars that I had autographed by the owner - (Vic included!), and I treasure them.
All that said, IF you are interested, PM me [email protected], and I'll provide the information and contacts so that you can make YOUR OWN calendar: my beautiful wife makes a calendar each year of our modest collection; different car poses each time - and I send them out as Christmas gifts. The cost is NOT expensive, nor is the process cumbersome. Seth - How is married life?? GRIN!

Ryan and I are working on a HAMB calendar. But so far no plans for a Ford Barn calendar that I know of.

Re: How about a Ford Barn calendar?
I would love to have a couple of "Ford Barn" calendars, I think it's a super great idea. Is there the man-power to put one together? I'm sure it isn't easy, but it would be super great.

Vic, Thanks for the offer but that is not necessary. I have a few of them. Just thought it would be nice to have some new ones.

I may take you up on that offer. Married life is going well. We are finishing up a major re-model on our house. The 1939 pickup was completed this April. I just got it pin striped, I need to post some pictures on the barn soon. We have been really busy all summer. Good to hear from you. Hope all is well. Seth |

Re: How about a Ford Barn calendar?
Don't hold your breath waiting for a Fordbarn calendar like Shelly put together for us. Unless a member steps up to the plate to do it, it probably won't happen. She did an amazing job of doing her calendar each year. I always bought at least one and sometimes more for gifts. I often go back and look at them to reminisce a bit.
My daughter and daughter in law have put family calendars together each year with pictures of everyone that were taken the previous year. These pictures are put together as a collage for each month with special days, holidays and birthdays all marked with appropriate pictures. They claim it's not that difficult to do and have fun doing it. Maybe we could hire them to do a Fordbarn calendar for us

Re: How about a Ford Barn calendar?
John, for the heck of it, would you ask them if they're interested? I'll bet they could sell a lot of calendars. And howdy, by the way!

Re: How about a Ford Barn calendar?
Here is my thoughts. I have a friend who is a semi professional photographer. She makes amazing calendars of her art for sale. I will ask her what it takes to make a calendar and will see if we can get something started. I feel that the "competition" for months by submitting your pictures would be awesome. Let you know what she thinks.

If we can't get a Fordbarn calendar done...I guess we would always have the option to get one of those HAMB calendars that will probably feature mostly OHV powered streetrods
