Default 35 ford grille

does any one know how to make, Fabricated 1935 grille bars,teeth,slats or what ever you want to call them thanks

That would be a tough task.....I would think finding a beater and "cut & Paste" method would be a hell of a lot easier!!! AND A "really" good TIG welder (person) IMO

I would agree there . Unless a guy has access to some type of tooling methods . Manufacturing the bars will be a lot of work. .

Hard wood board, router and dremel. Once you get good you could sell them here.

It would take a very skilled workman to recreate these grille bars/slats for the 1935 Ford Grilles.

Back in the 90's Vintique used to sell ones that were repoped in Australia.They imported them in raw metal and had them chromed in Orange County,CA.They around $1100 and looked good.Almost bought one as I had a '35 roadster then.
