Walt, Do you know of anyone who makes "rigid" rear mount for installing the B engine? I've seen the float-a-motor kits, but I would prefer a rigid mount. Thanks for the reply. Lee Turner

If your going to use the Model A trans, you'll have to cut the flywheel cover off the B oil pan and use the A bell housing. Then you can use the A rear mounts. Walt

Walt, I'm looking to use the B flywheel housing, B pan, and B trans. In your case, did you use the "float-a-motor" kit for the rear installation? I've seen that offered for the B flywheel housing. I'm looking for a rigid rear mount for the B flywheel housing. Lee

Yes, I'm useing the float A motor rear mounts on the sides. BUT, if your useing the A float a motor kit, the 2 bolt hole on the B housing are off about 1/2in. for the A floaters. I used the bottom and the rubber donuts from the A kit and made the top one out of 1/4in. angel iron. Walt
