1929 Belt Moulding Paint Question

I don't have much experience with 1928-1929 Model A's and a review of Chapter 14 (Paint) of the Model A Judging Standards and Restoration Guidelines (and also a review of the Model A Ford Paint & Finish Guide) did not appear to answer the following for a 1929 Standard Coupe (45-A) being painted Vagabond Green (upper & lower body color) and Rock Moss Green (belt & quarter panel mouldings and reveals):

Looking from the rear at the belt moulding (see sketch below) does the area between the end of the belt moulding coming around from the quarter window area and the start of the belt moulding running beneath the rear window get painted body color or is the belt moulding color continued from one belt moulding to the other?

I may have asked this question in a confusing manner. In the event, I am referring to the area with an arrow and "?" in my sketch below.

Well, the truth of the matter is it looks really nice if it is detailed where just the raised panel is painted the secondary (trim) color.

With that said, it is my understanding that back in the day on the 28/29s, the mouldings and smaller areas were painted first and then masked off followed by painting of the bigger areas. Since the tape that was used was 1" wide, it would seem most likely the tape would have been pulled directly over the top of the area you have the "?" over since Fine-line taping would have been too time-intensive or laborious.

I've always painted body color in that area and the raised top seam cover also.
